Production Manager/Stage Manager
After completing her apprenticeship, Caroline returned to the Sharon Playhouse to serve as production manager/stage manager for the 2024 Holliday Youthstage production of A Christmas Carol.
Theater Admin Apprenticeship
Caroline was the Theater Administration Apprentice for Sharon Playhouse’s 2024 season in this role she prepared research for various production and administration needs, spearheaded efforts in marketing, fundraising, development and the planning of special events. and is produced and stage managed the 2024 Writer’s Playground New Work Festival
Junior Producer
For the summer of 2023, Caroline worked as a Co- Junior Producer at Scranton Shakespeare Festival. This was a largely intersectional role that extended into many aspects of general and company management as well as well as front of house management. Shows produced under this season include RENT, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN. TWELFTH NIGHT, OTHELLO, and THE LIGHTNING THIEF.
Associate Artistic Director
Caroline served as Associate Artistic Director of Bridges Theatre Company from 2022 Fall to 2023 Spring working on a board of young theatre professionals from Point Park University. This board works to produce new works and shows directed within the student body. Serving on this board included responsibilities such as season selection, fundraising efforts, and upholding and implementing policy.
